Google reported that its AI chatbot Gemini has exceeded 750 million monthly active users, according to fourth-quarter 2025 earnings, underscoring rapid consumer adoption of the platform. Usage rose sharply from 650 million monthly users in the prior quarter, positioning Gemini ahead of Meta AI while narrowing the gap with ChatGPT.

The milestone follows the launch of Gemini 3, Google’s most advanced AI model to date. CEO Sundar Pichai highlighted Gemini 3 as a key growth driver, noting continued investment in model development and distribution. The company also introduced a lower-priced Google AI Plus subscription to broaden access. Gemini’s momentum coincides with strong results at parent company Alphabet, which surpassed $400 billion in annual revenue as AI demand expanded across products and infrastructure.
