PRESS RELEASE — BizTrip AI, makers of AI-powered travel management technology, announced it has raised $1.5 million in new pre-seed funding, marking the third tranche of its pre-seed round and bringing the company’s total funding to $2.5 million.

The third tranche was led by RRE Ventures, with participation from AI FundBAG CollectiveBAG Ventures, and Correlation Ventures. AI Fund remains BizTrip AI’s largest investor to date, leading the company’s second pre-seed tranche closed in April 2025.

In addition to institutional backing, Sabre Corporation also participated in the third tranche, alongside ten individual qualified investors, including Michael Cain, CEO of Cain Travel; Mike Daly, longtime Travel Tech Exec and former GBTA Board Member; and Valerie Layman, former Chief Product Officer of Yapta.

BizTrip.AI is revolutionizing corporate travel through agentic AI, fundamentally changing how travel is planned, managed, and executed across the entire ecosystem. Its proprietary Travel LLM and multi-agent platform goes far beyond booking, orchestrating decisions across policy, budget, supplier content, traveler preferences, and payments in real time. The result is a step-change in how travel managers operate, how TMCs deliver value, and how travelers experience business travel, dramatically reducing program costs while delivering consumer-grade experiences at enterprise scale.

BizTrip AI plans to use the new capital to accelerate product development, hire key engineering talent, and support customer growth initiatives as demand increases for AI-driven solutions that simplify and optimize business travel.

“Business travel remains one of the most complex and inefficient operational categories for modern companies,” said Tom Romary, Co-Founder and CEO of BizTrip AI. “This funding allows us to continue building agentic AI capabilities that reduce friction for travelers and deliver meaningful cost savings and heightened compliance for organizations.”

BizTrip AI continues to expand its development team and its platform capabilities in collaboration with early customers and strategic partners. For more information visit: biztrip.ai
