Anthropic has launched a new feature that allows users to access interactive third-party applications directly within Claude, extending the chatbot’s functionality beyond text-based interactions. The initial rollout focuses on workplace tools, including Slack, Canva, Figma, Box, and Clay, with a Salesforce integration planned.

Available to Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise subscribers, the feature enables logged-in access to connected services so Claude can help send messages, generate visuals, and retrieve files within a unified interface. The integrations are built on the Model Context Protocol, an open standard introduced by Anthropic in 2024, reinforcing the company’s focus on secure, enterprise-grade AI workflows and agent-driven productivity.
