Meridian, the AI-native operating system for institutional private markets, has raised $7 million in seed funding led by 645 Ventures, with continued backing from Chaac Ventures. Founded by CEO Alexander Sen, Meridian offers a deal management platform that blends intelligent agents, large-scale datasets, and purpose-built software to streamline how investors originate, evaluate, and execute transactions.

Targeting private equity, credit, and M&A teams, the platform enables faster, more informed decision-making. Sen said the capital will accelerate AI development and global go-to-market expansion and that the company is reimagining deal execution for a world where speed and insight define success.
