Artisan, the AI sales agent startup led by 23-year-old founder and CEO Jaspar Carmichael-Jack, has raised a $25 million Series A round led by Glade Brook Capital, with participation from Y Combinator, Day One Ventures, HubSpot Ventures, Oliver Jung, and Fellows Fund.

Best known for its provocative “Stop Hiring Humans” campaign, Artisan is gaining traction in the competitive AI SDR space. Its flagship product, Ava, now serves 250 companies and has helped the startup reach $5 million in ARR. Carmichael-Jack said the company has significantly reduced hallucinations and churn, and is preparing to launch two new agents — Aaron and Aria — by year’s end.
