Salesforce Ventures Expands AI Fund to $1B with New $500M Investment

At Salesforce’s Dreamforce conference in San Francisco, Salesforce Ventures announced Monday an additional $500 million for its AI-focused fund, doubling the total to $1 billion.

This follows a previous increase from $250 million to $500 million in June 2023. Salesforce Ventures, known for backing top AI startups like Anthropic and Hugging Face, has played a key role in making San Francisco a hub for AI companies, attracting startups from around the world.
